We exchange harnesses at no extra cost for European orders. You have to pay postage for return to our warehouse in Belgium and we will resend you the right size from Belgium. Products must be new, unworn and in their original OUTER PACKAGING.

For sex toys, dildos, double ended dildos and vibrators, the nature of the product does not allow us to exchange them. We would be pleased to offer you 50% off on the new size. This must be the same class of product, the same color but in a different size.

Cosmetic and accessories products are not exchangeable.
