*Covid-19 Delays: Due to the impact of Covid-19 and the new health restrictions in California, we are experiencing some delays in processing orders due to understaffing issues. Our current estimate is that your order will ship in the next 2 to 4 days without transit time.

The delivery of your package is free in the USA for any order above $65 and an extra $3.95 for a signature option. We ship all our products from California.

Packages are generally dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of your payment except for Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays. We will of course do our best to ship the same day. The standard shipping methods are UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Ground deliveries take 3-8 business days, delivery time depending on your location. Whatever the chosen shipping method is, we will provide you with a tracking link to follow online the delivery of your package.

We ship the packages with no information on the package of the nature of the product, except for the overseas orders that have to go through customs. They are sent under the name WFH.

Please note that the delivery address taken into account and guaranteed by the carrier's shipping contract do not include contact information (email, phone, etc) and delivery comments. All information you need to give for the delivery has to appear on your address lines.

If you want a faster delivery, you can choose FedEx or UPS Saver 2nd Day delivered in 48 hours (2 business days) at your door, with or without "Adult Signature option". Orders will be prepared within 24 open hours.

We also ship overnight savers at the cost of $49,95. For expedited delivery, remember that it takes us 24 open hours to prepare your order. The closing time to have the possibility to be shipped the same day is 3pm. We will of course do our best to ship the same day.

Business days are Monday to Friday. We don't ship on weekends and carriers do not deliver on weekend days.

International Deliveries: We ship worldwide using mainly DHL International and similar company services.

** Due to COVID issues, and due to the drastic reduction in international flights, please allow extra weeks for package to be shipped to country of destination, cleared by your domestic customs, and delivered by your National Post Company.

Please note that your National Post Company will handle your package for the domestic transport, till delivery place. Also please note that International shipment costs do not include taxes and duties of your country that may apply. Please check your country's taxes on import.

For deliveries outside the USA, packages are also shipped discreetly, but customs obliges us to attach your invoice folded in a sealed bag outside the package. In case of control at your border, this invoice might be put back at sight to your package, WET FOR HER has no hand on each country clearance process, thank you for your understanding.
